"We expected the boat to be well presented, and were not disappointed in the slightest. Meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean, it was a joy to sail.

More importantly, we had gone for the two week skippered option and there is always a slight doubt that such close proximity over that time might fray relationships a little. We need not have worried -  Chris was the perfect skipper. He was always available but never intrusive. A natural teacher, he encouraged us to take over whenever possible (my wife’s berthing technique has improved enormously) and was always keen to explain anything and everything. We learnt more about real sailing this one time than on all five previous flotillas put together.

Perhaps most importantly, he has a great sense of humour which made the whole two weeks one long laugh.

For anybody looking to initiate or upgrade their sailing skill , and have a bloody good holiday, we could not recommend the skippered option more highly.
